  21. Why, pirating onthe PC is as rampant as any platform. As I recall, 
  22. Autocad has had a dongle forever, Many of the high end analysis and 
  23. scientifice applications (Matlab being an exception) I've used have had 
  24. some form of copy protection. The version of 3D Studio I saw in use had a 
  25. parallel port dongle, too.

  27. As a side note, Real 3D has removed its dongle as of version 2.49.
